- Develop and implement a comprehensive programming strategy aligned with the client’s goals and target audience.

- Provide musical performances for various production and performance-based companies, including Onyx Entertainment and Onstage Entertainment. This involves collaborating with clients to create and deliver tailored entertainment packages for their events.
- Develop and curate online promotional content, encompassing social media, websites, photographs and videos.
- Organise and finalise performance fees, manage invoicing and maintain financial records in collaboration with multiple clients.
- Adapt performances based on event changes to uphold agreements between the client and the production/performance company.

BIRRARANGGA FILM FESTIVAL | Associate Producer

Worked with Typecast Entertainment to associate produce the inaugural BIRRARANGGA Film
Festival - duties included:
- Recruited and supervised all volunteers, ensuring seamless festival operations.
- Collaborated with the Executive Producer and Curator to design, purchase and approve all print and online material for marketing and merchandise. This involved obtaining and finalising quotes from printing companies.
- Participated in regular team meetings with the production team to ensure adherence to budgets, up-to-date timelines, and finalisation of programming.
- Assisted in communication with filmmakers and production companies to collect and organise necessary information for marketing and programming purposes.
- Maintained consistent communication with personnel at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) to ensure accessibility of all technical specifications, rooms and furniture.
- Ensured film files were in the appropriate format for presentation in the cinemas of ACMI.
- Organised travel and accommodation itineraries for international guests.
